Real estate, looked at carefully.

Honest guidance, straight answers for buyers and sellers in San Francisco and the Bay Area.

San Francisco is my home

I believe buying or selling a home should feel clear, calm, and even enjoyable. My role is to be the trusted, steady guide who makes that possible — whatever you’re trying to do.

What sets me apart is a deep, hands-on background in construction and renovation — and direct experience as a real estate investor myself, buying, renovating, and selling. I work easily with architects, structural engineers, and interior designers, and I love helping clients bring their vision to life. For most of my clients, that expertise simply means confidence: a clear-eyed understanding of a home’s real condition and potential before they buy, or an honest answer that they don’t need to do a thing before they sell. The knowledge is the foundation; the real gift is peace of mind.

I work with buyers looking for a home that’s ready to enjoy, sellers who want a smooth and successful sale, families navigating a life transition, and clients excited to take on a project. Whoever you are, you’ll be met with discretion, honesty, and warmth — and a commitment I take seriously, from the first showing to the final closing. I’ll be with you all the way.

A little more about me

Beyond real estate, I bring a rare depth of experience to guiding people through significant decisions. For many years I was the founder and executive director of an international adoption agency — work that meant guiding families through one of life’s most carefully managed transitions with care, precision, and trust. That same steady guidance is what I bring to every client today.

My perspective is a global one, shaped by years of travel for both work and pleasure, exploring culture, food, art, and architecture around the world. Closer to home, you’ll find me out on a hike, in the wine country, somewhere along the water in Sausalito, or — more recently — out for the occasional round of golf. Deeply family-oriented, I treasure the frequent gatherings with family and friends that make a house a home.

“The best real estate decisions are made slowly, with good information and someone you trust.”

“Construction knowledge means I can help you understand a home’s real condition, when a renovation is worth it, and when the smartest move is to keep things simple. That honesty is what I bring to every client.”

How I work

A few things that matter to me — and will matter to you.

Honesty before enthusiasm

If a property has problems, I’ll say so. If a renovation won’t pay back, I’ll tell you. I’d rather give you information you can act on.

Renovation knowledge as a client asset

Understanding what work costs and what it returns is something I put directly in your service.

Considered, not rushed

Good decisions reward patience. The right decision made carefully is worth more than the fast one made under pressure.

Specific, not generic

Every property is different. I don’t apply a formula — I ask questions, look closely, and give grounded advice for your circumstances.

Personal availability

I work with a focused number of clients. When you have a question, you hear back from me — personally and promptly.

You decide, in your own time

If something is the right move, the reasons will be clear. My job is to give you everything you need to decide on your timeline.

A clear next step

Let’s talk through your next move.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring, you’ll get a clear picture and an honest, friendly read on your options. I review every inquiry personally.
